These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the Maeyra website between:
- the company operating the Maeyra brand (hereinafter “the Seller”)
- any person making a purchase via the website (hereinafter “the Customer”)
Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 1 — Products
Maeyra offers jewelry for sale, including hand chains and hand bracelets.
Photographs and descriptions are presented with the utmost care. Slight variations may exist depending on the screen used or production batches.
Article 2 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.
Maeyra reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price charged is the one displayed at the time of order.
Article 3 — Order
Any order becomes final after payment confirmation.
Maeyra reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of:
- prior dispute
- suspected fraud
- obvious pricing error
- exceptional unavailability
The customer receives a confirmation email after ordering.
Article 4 — Payment
Accepted payment methods may include:
- credit card
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Bancontact
- SEPA bank transfer
Payments are secured via the technical providers used on the website.
Article 5 — Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 6 to 12 business hours after payment confirmation, except in exceptional cases.
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 2 to 4 business days
- Belgium: 3 to 5 business days
- Spain: 3 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has 14 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned:
- unused
- in good condition
- in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise required by law.
Article 7 — Products Excluded from Return
Personalized products or items made according to customer specifications are not eligible for withdrawal, except in case of a legally recognized defect.
Article 8 — Refund
After receipt and verification of the return, the refund is processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Article 9 — Legal Warranty
The Customer benefits from applicable legal warranties, including:
- legal warranty of conformity
- warranty against hidden defects according to applicable law
Article 10 — Liability
Maeyra cannot be held liable for damage resulting from:
- improper use of the product
- normal wear and tear
- non-compliant use
- delay attributable to the carrier or force majeure

Article 12 — Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the applicable law of the country where the operator is established, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence.
