My tracking isn't updating
It is normal for tracking to take a little time to update after the package has been picked up.
We recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours after receiving the shipping email.
Package marked as delivered but not received
Before contacting us, please remember to check:
- your mailbox
- your pickup point
- your neighbors
- the building manager / concierge if applicable
If the package still cannot be found, contact us so that we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
